Terms of Use

Last updated 6 August 2026

These terms cover the InternCell website and the six-week applied AI program run on it. Applying or signing in means you accept them.

What this is

InternCell is an educational program. It is not an internship, not employment, and not a placement service. There is no stipend, no employer, and no job or interview guaranteed at the end of it.

What you get is six weeks of structured work, human feedback on what you build, a portfolio of your own artifacts, and — if you finish — a verifiable certificate.

Eligibility

The program is for undergraduate students aged 18 or older. Admission is by application and is at our discretion. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

Cost

The founding cohort is free. We will never charge you retroactively for work you have already done. If we introduce a fee for a later cohort, it will be stated before you apply to that cohort.

How the program works

Weeks unlock in order. A week is complete only when both of these are true:

  • You score at least 4 out of 5 on that week’s quiz. Retakes are unlimited, with a short cooldown between attempts that grows if you keep failing.
  • A human reviewer accepts your submission for that week. You get up to 2 submission attempts per week, and a revised submission can be sent after 3 days.

Every submission is reviewed by a person. We do not auto-accept work, and we do not let a model decide whether you passed.

For the founding cohort, weekly deadlines are soft — we will nudge you about open weeks, but nothing expires on a timer.

Your work stays yours

You own what you build. We keep a copy so we can review it, defend a certificate if it is questioned, and settle any dispute about what was submitted.

We may reference your work in program materials only with your permission, asked for separately.

Academic honesty and AI use

This is an AI program, so using AI tools is expected and encouraged. What is not acceptable is submitting work you cannot explain, passing off someone else’s artifact as your own, or sharing quiz questions and answers with other students.

Quiz papers are issued per attempt and are not identical between students. Circulating them helps nobody and is grounds for removal.

What a certificate means

A certificate says one thing: this person completed all six weeks of this program, and a human accepted their work for each one. It is not a degree, not an accreditation, and not a claim about employability.

Certificates are verified through our public registry using the serial number on them. The registry page is the source of truth — a PDF or image on its own proves nothing, and we make no claim that certificate files are cryptographically signed or tamper-proof.

We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through misrepresentation or plagiarism. Revocation shows on the verification page.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Attempt to access another student’s account, submissions, or scores.
  • Probe, scrape, or overload the site, or try to extract quiz answers from it.
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Impersonate anyone, including program staff.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will tell you why.

Leaving

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. See the Privacy Policy for what deletion does and does not remove — an issued certificate stays in the registry unless you ask us to revoke it.

Availability and changes

This is an early-stage program. Curriculum, tooling, and schedule can change, and the site can be unavailable. We will not change the rule that decides whether work you have already submitted counts.

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.

Liability

The program and site are provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any career or income outcome you hoped would follow from taking part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
